I am trying to use a 15% off code on a Latitude fare ex-Europe. The code works for the basic and standard fares but the Flex and Latitude fare is not altered by the promo code. When I called in I was quoted a fare 300% more than the fare on the website which stayed as the quoted fare all the way to the payment screen. I am not aware of any restrictions on promo codes for Latitude fares, certainly the email from AC does not restrict its application to any fare or route. Anyone know what's up? I don't want 15% off a fare that is 300% more via res agent. The agent I got today was just dense, perhaps I will have better luck tomorrow.....but any comments appreciated
