I stayed at The Lexington Hotel, Autograph Collection a couple of weeks ago and they are also on the list that doesn't provide breakfast in the restaurant. However, I received the full buffet breakfast in the restaurant both days of my stay so YMMV.

In this case I think OP should definitely have received breakfast. Good luck with your claim!
