Segment runs are not uncommon, you'll just have to invest the time required. AS does fly into BWI from SEA (as well as DCA from SEA and SFO). So if wanted to route LAX to BWI (just as an example) you could go something like LAX-SFO-SEA-BWI. Do that RT twice and you've got twelve segments.
That’s also a great idea! Now I only have to find the requisite flights at a price that isn’t completely silly. It looks like I may need to start the ticket in the WAS area though, and I hope pricing out of there won’t be much higher than going in the opposite direction.
