Recently finished up a 1 night stay here. Booked a city view 2D (AAA rate), upgraded to oceanfront diamondhead 2D as a titanium. Resort fee was $43+tax (~$49), and parking is now $45. Breakfast is still the continental for 2 (1 juice, 1 coffee, 1 fruit cup [note that in 2021, we'd gotten 1 fruit cup + 1/4 papaya], 1 yogurt, 1 croissant + danish per person) option - we just got that to go, and we asked to sub more fruits for the yogurt, which they allowed. The Leahi lounge still isn't open, but interestingly, there was a lounge for JTB customers on the 23rd floor. Welcome amenity continues to include the gift bag - if you're not able to make it to the gift store during their hours (12-430), then they have pre-made ones they can give you, but the pre-made one was smaller than the one we ended up being able to get at the gift store, and it had less stuff (if I recall correctly, 1 sweet item, 1 savory item, something else, and a towel).

Overall, with rates and benefits where they are compared to pre-covid, I don't think I'll stay again for a while. The view was great; the beach was nice; and everything was pleasant - it's just not as good as it used to be.
