rouge to jazz change - no call back
I have booked premium economy to ZRH with mixed class business in rouge to YYZ. It looks like they changed all rouge flights in April to jazz, and are asking to online accept the change from rouge to jazz, but it does not indicate if this will still be business or economy downgrade. So I spent all day on the [phone today trying to find someone to explain this and was selecting the call back feature, but so far no call back at all even though I did this several times.
Has anyone experience with this kind of change and give me peace of mind that this will still be in business, or are there any other ways to talk to someone from AC? This is getting qyuite frustrating as I will need make decision asap to make alternative arrangements if they downgrade to economy.
