Hello, I have two questions for you tonight. Applicable context is that I have a one way booking JFK-MAD using Avios. I would like to book MAD-LON (not fussed which airport) using a BA evoucher. This flight is BA7194.

1) If I book this flight HBO, will I still get luggage? I am GCH so OWE. I know only BA does no luggage even for status unless luggage is included, ie not HBO. So, given this is BA codeshare but operated by IB, will I get luggage on HBO fare or do I have to go for standard economy. Should note, the site says Economy (HBO) Class O, Economy (checked baggage) class O. So same fare class and a bit puzzling.

2) Assuming I have luggage either way, can I ask IB to check it from JFK-LHR despite it being two separate bookings? Is there any way to link them?
