Is there a way to make requests that are for LOCAL PICKUP to somehow avoid the $40-80 TRANSPORTATION surcharges that some firms, companies apply? Is there a setting in the AS request form for this, or the ultimate Priceline order that could reduce these fees for local pickup reservations.
