Pre arrival meal seems like the standard economy pre-arrival meal with a fruit bowl although I did not check what was served in economy.
The dinner served after takeoff was definitely nothing to write home about. Chicken or pasta options. Chicken was a real chicken breast and tender but portion sizes were quite small. The salad was surprisingly very good with arugula and lettuce. Very snappy tender fresh greens.
