Longtime VS flyer on NYCLON looking to book my first BA LH flight in... a really long time. The LHRJFK option (in J) I'm looking at (for June) appears to be a 77H with 76J CS. If I'm following the discussions, it sounds like BA's refurb program is still underway? I realize operational issues can arise at any time, but I'm trying to get a sense of the frequency of equipment substitutions on this particular route, which presumably BA would try to prioritize maintaining their flagship product on.

For a risk assessment comparison, I would book AF JFKCDG BEST J even though there's a small chance the flight might get downgraded to NEV. OTOH, I would not book KL JFKAMS in W until they've completed that rollout, given the number of last minutes swaps being reported.
