Came back after a few years and unfortunately not a positive stay
Had emailed hotel in advance to note back to back reservations, no response.
No upgrade given. King room had HVAC system that needs to be repaired as was making weird noises that made it impossible to sleep with it on. (Had to turn it on in middle of night to get heat as it was too cold.) Some mold on furniture in bathroom. Walls very thin and can hear everything from other rooms and outside.
The ceiling fan had a layer of dust on it so disgusting I can't imagine how sit I'd get if we turned it on.
Didn't bring my dusting wand.
Hotel insists that it does not have to provide any breakfast benefit via the Lounge Access provision of elite benefits, because it is Autograph Collection, and the only choice is to use a credit from the welcome amenity.
Restaurant isn't a real restaurant anyway, and doesn't open til 8am. At 758am, we were told we couldn't sit in the "restaurant" which is 4 tables in the lobby yet.
Housekeeping didn't come til after 4pm. Did not replenish k cups or replace glassware.
In lieu of bottled water in rooms, there are tiny bottles you can help yourself too by reception. No one mentioned this, I just discovered by accident.
Water cooler in tiny gym was empty, no towels by pool, jacuzzi was out of order.
In all, no reason to stay here: prices are high, service level is low, Marriott elite benefits are nil, staff is Fairfield Inn level.
