Turned into a real drama. Got a new agent who sorted it all. But then on same ticket did a later RIC-LGA and FCM’d. Again only got 500 MQM. I’ve now tried 3x to get it corrected and every time they insist I got the correct MQM and point me to the bonus 245 Skymiles I got for the seat upgrade. Nothing I say can get them to understand that those are bonus miles that credited correct and not the bonus MQM
