Oooh the glass noodle salad with beef is back! It's one of the better cold dishes that used to be a snack course.

Lots of great potential with these new options, especially since United will be the only carrier in the US (I believe) to include cold cuts on their first class cheese platter.Hopefully they live up to their potential!
