You should have access in JFK but they sometimes restrict PP access during busy times. They may still offer paid access based on your being one of on their passengers on a PE ticket.

You also have access to the TK lounge.

As for CDG you may be able to purchase lounge access on a PE ticket. It may be offered to you at checking either online or in the machine. Lastbtime I did it was years ago and weel worth it.
You may also be offered a very low-cost upgrade. It was well worth it to me.
