Normally yes. I've got no experience with that specific lounge, however generally it does not matter if the lounge is an AFKL branded one or something else. If the main card holder has access, it would typically be allowed to bring a guest.

Also piggybacking on this...

I've booked PE on Air France for a status and non-status pax, separate PNR's. The non-status pax is asked to pay close to 50 euro for seat selection. Is that normal for the AF Premium (Economy) cabin? Even on the feeder flights (in Economy..) seat selection is free for that same pax.
