FWIW, never got the email, signed up for the 3 stay promo.
After checking in for my 3rd stay, the Hilton phone app showed Congratulations for reaching Diamond for 2023. I can't make the prompt show up again, nor are there any other indications.

I guess I'll find out for sure come April.
