The one dimension you've not appeared to take into consideration is cargo capacity. I'd have thought this will also have a bearing on the overall stack ranking.

Otherwise good on you for tacking this on a dull Sunday. It's the sort of thing that plagues my thought process from time time... usually at ungodly hours but ultimately I take more solace in counting sheep which more often than not rectifies the problem.
