There are always people who won’t stick to following the rules, whether out of negligence or pre-meditated desire to pursue a known illegal course. But now things are tougher — not airtight, but tougher (and sloppier) — and have been for several years with at least regard to the Swedish naturalization qualification checks.
Even with residency permits/cards/visas, their non-European passports get stamped when exiting the Schengen area out of CPH/OSL. And that is also the case even at what were the last major Schengen airports of entry/exit that didn’t do so most often for third country nationals with such Swedish cards. And if the applicant doesn’t have reported Swedish salary income (and likely tax) indicating continuous legal presence in the country for the the 3/5 year period, then the naturalization review tends to take longer, and positive decisions for the applicant become less likely. And the submitted passport can become a plus or minus for the applicant based on its issue date/place and the stamp situation of the passport.
SK can use their A350 to do the same route as AY.
No idea if things are tougher now, I haven't seen any changes in law regarding getting PR/naturalization. Long time ago when we transit through CDG back to CPH, as soon as they saw our BP to CPH, they literally waived us through without seeing our passports

(I guess they think that we are not going to bother France

). Those people I talked about have moved back to Sweden take advantage of the free international school in southern Sweden - they were prepared before they moved away many years ago - e.g. by establishing a Ensilka firma to make sure there is activities there. It is absolutely impossible to do something like this in DK as there is a strict number of CPR # per housing unit dependent on the size.
There is also a super easy way, get a new passport before you submit it with the application to migrationsverket.
