The thing is even the EBB+Number (or EBS/EBG/EBD etc.) doesn't always work, although I do agree that is the format that usually works in most cases.
Sometimes it's just the Number, or EB+Number, sometimes I had to do SK+Number and sometimes it is SK+EBD+Number. But so far I have gotten my miles with all the aforementioned formats.
I have yet to find a format that always works :P This whole problem is that the system requires some format, but in the case of some airlines, the prompt where you input it requires a different format... A workaround to this is to access the ticket through the website of a different airline or get your TA or an airline agent to input the number manually directly into the reservation.
Speaking of exceptions: TAP is one of the airlines that appears to have issues with the SK FFP number layout. I can not for the life of me add it on their website.
