If I change it to the current config (I deliberately chose the planned one) I still get the worst overall fuel burn (kg) / £ revenue / hr but it is 0.430 kg/£/hr, so slightly better than my original calculation but still slightly worse than the B772.
But I take the point as it is what I would have initially thought too.
Also an interesting study in how changing to CWS makes the aircraft less efficient, but then I suppose BA will believe they can charge more for those seats.
