You can call the
"In Flight Refund Desk" at 1-206-392-7645. I did this and it was a reasonably quick process--under 10 minutes. The refund appeared on my credit card in a few days. It is very frustrating that this glitch isn't fixed. I sent an email to Customer Care about this on February 18 and will post here when I get a response.
