Price Drops on AS

Normally I'm on AA flyer, but have an upcoming trip on AS. I know with AA, since there are no change fees anymore, if there is a price drop, you can call in to get a Trip Credit for the price difference with one year to use it. For AS...

If there is a price drop, can you get either a refund or a credit of the price difference?
If so, is the only way to do this by calling in? Or is there a way to do it online?
If you get a credit for the price difference and there is only an AAdvantage # tied to the ticket (no Mileage Plan), how do you receive the credit?
