I sure wish Hyatt would be more consistent and clear on these benefits!
How did the stay go? I am thinking about going, but can't find too many reviews about the property. Curious how it stacks up against some of the other chain hotels nearby (W, Conrad, St. Regis). Any info would be much appreciated!
