For all the negative and horror stories we hear and experience with booking *A awards I want to share a positive one:
wanted to buy a specific routing with TG, not visible on TK online search for *A awards and which was over my available mileage balance (as E+).
after two HUCA I found the most knowledgeable and helpful agent I ever encountered with TK. In just a few minutes he found the availability (that I had seen on ExpertFlyer existed) other agents couldn’t, booked me making use of my mileage borrowing/overdraft ability (that another agent said could only be benefited from online and other said was limited to TK awards) and had me all paid and ticketed in no time.

this is just another reminder that most times with TK HUCA a few times does turn wonders !
