Biggest f***-up of the year? LHR T4 and the infamous "flight switch"

Biggest pain in the derriere mileage partner? Nectar. For not being a partner at all.

Biggest let down of the year? *A status match programme, which didn't really live up to its promises.

Best flight of the year? BA to YVR in Sept, my first FIRST experience. Simply superb.

Best travel discovery of the year (physical)? Cape Town. Go there, its brilliant.

Hotel of the year? Tie between Sheraton Jumeirah Beach (Dubai) and Renaissance Harbour View (Hong Kong).

Wierdest travel experience of the year? Tour round Soweto. Interesting, but very wierd nonetheless.

Worst travel experience of the year? PHL-LHR-PHL in a weekend (out Fri, back Sun) in el cheapo Y. Was fairly "tired" for a few days after that!

Regret of the year? Didn't get into the whole Tesco thing until recently, missed the Palmiers fest and the Travelex promos.
