Isn’t this unfair? If it’s a short west coast up and down, I’ll probably be okay but for Hawaii flights more than 5 hours, I need to understand why.
The first supervisor tried to educate me it’s all program based and didn’t want to do anything - if that’s the attitude - then why upgrade list even exist?
AS’ upgrade processor is broken. This is a known issue. Literally the same exact thing just happened to me today with a companion. I’m an 1MM on UA, 100K on AS, etc and when I complained the customer service agent insisted that I was wrong, wouldn’t verify anything, was utterly useless, and insisted that AS did everything right. I’m livid - it was the most disrespectful call of my life. I’m absolutely done with AS (I have been for a while, this is the nail in the coffin for me).
