Tbilisi Construction Boom
A striking new HGI Tbilisi Riverview is scheduled to open in Tbilisi, Georgia on May 26, 2023. That's in addition to the recently opened HGI Tbilisi Chavchavadze. Lately this small mountainous country has become a real magnet to expats from near and far. They are now seriously considering tightening residency and visa requirements.
