Any eligible onward BP will get you into the SQ lounge. Day-before access is totally fine.

You can drop your bags up to 48 hours before your flight if you’re so inclined. Just be aware that once you enter airside (and thus clear departure immigration), you can’t turn back. Not without getting into trouble, at least.
