You can also contact the hotel directly and ask them (1) what their early departure fee is or (2) to shorten your stay or (3) ask in-house reservations if they will make a room available for 3 nights so you can cancel and rebook, thus opening that room up for revenue bookings the last two nights, as early departure fees typically max out at one night (and many hotels don't charge them at all)
