If you would read my post, I stated that the person(s) who are conducting the covert test should have intercepted the bag before it got on the aircraft and the fault should be with them for it getting on the aircraft. As to the screeners that missed the training device they will recieve additional training unless they weren't following SOP then I would think they will be at least called on the carpet to explain why.
