I have a stay starting tomorrow and I haven’t had any communication from them yet. I even reached out to Rancho over social media, via their main email, their concierge email and the GM email in the past one week, but no one has even responded.

I hope I don’t regret choosing Rancho over Cape. Anyone have some other contact info I’m possibly missing?
I received a proactive email about a week in advance with list of activities, transportation options, request for our preference on milk for coffee etc.
