In case you're not aware, if you have some flexibility on timings, and there are still QSuite flights on that route, you can ask for a reschedule onto a flight that is still scheduled to have QSuites within a few days of your original scheduled time, subject to availability.

Will leave others to comment on if Avios redemptions can be upgraded, I suspect not, but I am not an expert in this area.
