I decided to gamble and wait for the EUA process to kick-in ...but isn't it obsurd that due to a CO technical glitch, they couldn't just credit back the miles for the error and preserve my F seat? Multiple calls to CO didn't seem to fix this problem.
It's really a shame that they have to so rigidly follow the rules, they're afraid to use common sense.
Unfortunatley it's a function of excessive oversight in any organization.
