I have a question about the SNA process. I am interested in using some of my SNA's on an upcoming stay, and there are 3 options to be upgraded to. Ideally, I would love to have the one that is the best (which probably has less availability). If I choose to select all 3 of the upgrade options, will the hotel automatically pick the cheapest/worst one? Or will it try to upgrade me to the best one?

I would just select the one that I want instead select all options.
Select all options only when the SNA is about to expired.
Most of the times they upgrade you to the lowest category selection.
(in my case, it was always)
Might be due to some conspiracy theory but then again the hotel did have more of those lower categories room/suites in their inventories, so it will be easier to be cleared.
