AA do invite CKs to preboard. Having travelled with my Prem boss a few times, he is able to walk up to the desk and ask to preboard. Never really understood why this courtesy has not been extended to GGLs. It would cost very little, have minimal impact on other passengers and would be a valued benefit.
Probably because BA can't even manage to get the basics right anyway, when it comes to boarding Groups 1-9. It's a free-for-all. Plenty of other carriers manage to be able to enforce this, but BA seem incapable.
