I also received at home a printed letter announcing the changes, but interestingly the wording is not the same as in the email (mostly says the same things, but curious that they don’t use standardised messaging as it only adds to the confusion that already exists).

However, an important detail from the letter is that ALL Plus will cost €69 yearly. Not sure if this was a personalised price and if it will be different from country to country or not.
