I never had any interaction with the new GM (but Claudio was always coming to say hello at check in or check out or breakfast and we had a long chat with a drink a few times in the late afternoon). GRM signes the welcome card but I never met her either. My corporate contract was not renewed this year so I recently interacted with the sales department to get a private contract/rate but my « code » on invoices has remained the same (« VIP Vendôme Local » whatever it means?). So I don’t think it has anything to do with me but just them being generally more generous on upgrades (and I’ll get a nice suite again in March?)?
