Thanks, and I totally get the PH is a worthy splurge but not for this trip with this kid who already carries a .... ton of guilt re her tuition being so much. The choice is really between Centric or the Marriott I mentioned that is in the central area.
I have the PH Milan on my list for when I am traveling AFTER the littles are done with school.
I have not been to the HC but it is close to Centrale metro station which gets you anywhere you want to go via #3 or #2 and also Como. I was really impressed with the metro, very clean, fast, and easy to understand even if you don't speak Italian.
As a Globalist myself I wouldn't be messing with a Marriott if I could stay at a HC for 15K points.
