I am not a fan of Enterprise either, just based on a single experience. With National and Alamo I have had more rentals and they were generally fine and uneventful.

To continue documenting the Hertz saga, still no receipt via email. Ripped them a new one in the survey and documented the problems and checked the “yes, I would like to hear back from you”, but so far just silence on that as well.
