GD is reviewing it without resolution of 2-3 weeks now. Was getting deprecated error without any history when you check balance online. I have filed complain with CFPB, state attorney, BBB, will file with FTB. can this be a class action lawsuit? if someone finds there is faulty gift card making process and provider is not ownings the issue?
There really should be a class action lawsuit against US Bank for deceptive advertising practices. I believe there's one against the company behind the Vanila VGCs. These companies claim they will replace lost or stolen cards. But the fine print is they don't guarantee they'll replace the funds in them, which makes no sense. Of course we expect the funds to be replaced. A replacement card without the funds is useless. Plus getting them to replace a card requires you make enormous effort because they hope you'll give up.
