Unless you get a big return in points or CB with your cc buying at grocery stores, I would switch to InComm VGC issued by Sutton Bank since I NEVER had a problem with them at Walmart or grocery stores for MO in two years of use. I buy them at CVS using Chase Freedom Unlimited n get 3% CB with no limit on CB. It’s a win win n no hassle!!! 😊😊
Thanks! I'll try filing a complaint with the AG. I'll post an update in a week or so. I was waiting for the promised replacement cards to arrive before reporting US Bank to consumer protection agencies but I'm not going to wait any longer. I suppose their letters promising replacement cards could've been just another delay tactic. But I doubt I'll be buying these gift cards again in stores. I may try buying them online. I hear it's safer.
I noticed supermarkets are putting certain items behind locked glass cabinets. Many of them are just regular household products like laundry detergent and other cleaning supplies. Why? And yet, these gift cards are stored on racks out in the open and away from security cameras. Makes no sense.
