Lack of communication
To the folks who visited recently, did the concierge reach out proactively before the stay with details on experiences on site and general info?
I have a stay starting tomorrow and I haven’t had any communication from them yet. I even reached out to Rancho over social media, via their main email, their concierge email and the GM email in the past one week, but no one has even responded.
I hope I don’t regret choosing Rancho over Cape. Anyone have some other contact info I’m possibly missing?
