Flight, MAN-MCO was pretty quiet as obviously this is IAG's effort to try to destroy VS... (Dirty tricks after all) so no issue to spread out on a row of four seats.
Row 46 would be rubbish, avoid if possible.

Due to the Ryanair style ASR my advice would be to hold-out until all the free seats at the back are selected then checkin later and get a front section seat for free.
