I mean if they need more time to board, they must need more time to deplane, so if they are towards the back, they wouldn't be delaying as many able-bodied people.
The Air Carrier Access Act requires airlines provide specific seating that accommodates a person's disability. Most airlines meet that requirement with assigned seating. WN meets that requirement by pre-boarding disabled pax who require specific seating. Other disabled pax who just require extra time board with A-61.
