Any Chance of Changing Boarding For Wheelchair Pax?

Lately there has been a lot of talk on the travel sights about how more and more people are using wheelchairs as an excuse to pre-board, especially on WN. I believe that one of the examples to or from SJU had like 35 wheelchairs pre-board and only 3 were needed at the end or some obsurd amount like that.

Do you think that WN would ever change the procedure? I believe that by law that have to let them board first, but with open seating, maybe restrict them to aft of the wing seats or something like that? I mean if they need more time to board, they must need more time to deplane, so if they are towards the back, they wouldn't be delaying as many able-bodied people.
