I often have the same problem in reverse (YVR to LHR). I suggest using 'Reward Flight finder British Airways'. I know that there are other such sites however, I believe that they are paid subscription.
When BA has 'no availability' this just (at times) means 'we will not show you what is available'. These sites will show you what is really available.
