My flight to icn was changed so i didn't want to travel anymore
I called on a Saturday for a voucher the lady said no more only refunds....
Waited until Monday called back.... Some nice lady sent me the voucher in 45 min....and in the voucher was also the 30e fee i paid to block the reservation and the ticket price...
All of this was 2 weeks ago
