I had booked a EWR-LHR long weekend on Wednesday so when I saw this I called back and got Mrs. Augustus rebooked and saved 123K miles. Worked for me.

ETA: The first agent I got was very confused and said it was only for two flights a day, I don't think he was a dedicated GS agent as well. I HUCA'd and while not every flight was 23K the others were still only 33K. The business saver awards dropped from 175K to 93K or lower in some cases.
