Our travel is already shaping up to be massive this year, and I'm hearing the same across a lot of construction and technical based industries.
Absolutely, and just to go even further- the meetings that are simply about doing the groundwork, getting to know people, making connections, setting targets, making plans etc. are, in my opinion anyway, much,
much better done face to face than Teams or Zoom.
I use Teams a lot now but really only for tactical / day-to-day business with people I already know well.
Everything strategic that is worth doing, is worth doing face-to-face.
