I guess this is a cancellation 2 weeks or more in advance and then EU261 does not apply. They can refund or reroute you. I think the messages you show are are likely mistakes and the platinum line rep is probably right. Further, why would you like a voucher that has 1 year validity if they refund? The value will not differ.
