So 787-8 has 179 passengers, 4 crew, with Club Suites this goes down slightly to 173. The 787-9 is 166 pax, and the 787-10 is 200. So on that basis the -10 should be 5 crew, and the non CS -8 too.
Pre-pandemic it was the intention that WTP would have dedicated crew, but it seems that has only survived at LGW.
Interesting numbers. I’d also suggest that the galley configs have a large deal of importance when it comes to service times. Note that the Airbuses have 1 crew per ~40 pax, and the 78s have up to 1 crew per ~50. I’d still argue that 787s are easier to complete the service on solely down to the fact the galleys are a decent size and you have space to work.
You could throw 10 crew at a 350 WT/P cabin and I still don’t think it would actually get done much quicker or more effectively purely due to the layout of the cabins and galleys.
